I met James during my first trip to Colombia in 2022 at the Best Cup competition. His coffee stopped me in my tracks, and I knew immediately I wanted to bring it home. Grown at 1750 meters in El Tambo, Cauca, Colombia, I roast it light to let the cup speak for itself. Peach mango nectar, strawberry jam, white tea — bright and layered. I adore this coffee, and hope you will too!
